Service availability depends on your location and home plumbing configuration. We reserve the right to decline service where an installation cannot be performed safely or to manufacturer specifications.

Any written price-match guarantee applies only to a comparable written quote from a licensed water treatment company for equivalent equipment and scope of work, and is subject to verification.

4. Scheduling & Installation

Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by permitting, product availability, weather, or site conditions. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and the installation area. You are responsible for disclosing relevant details about your plumbing, electrical, and water supply that may affect the installation.

5. Warranties

Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer and workmanship warranties described in your purchase documentation. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of routine maintenance, or conditions outside of normal residential use. Except as expressly stated, services and products are provided without additional warranties of any kind.

6. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Any financing is offered through independent lenders and is subject to their separate terms and approval.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled installation in accordance with the cancellation terms provided with your agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of fulfillment and any costs already incurred. Contact us as early as possible to discuss changes to your order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for operating and maintaining your system according to the guidance we provide, including routine filter and media maintenance. Failure to maintain your system may affect performance and warranty coverage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Logic Water is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
